A cup of Tealicious, with ginger powder to relieve stress and dissolve tension.

Preparation

  • Add 1/2" fresh crushed ginger or 1/4 teaspoon Tealicious Ginger Powder to 1 and 1/2 water and boil it in a saucepan for 10 mins.

  • Reduce heat to medium-low, partially cover the pan and a teaspoon of Tealicious. 

  • Steep for 5 Minutes. ​

  • May add and stir:​

    • Milk

    • Sugar​

    • Honey

  • Give a second boiling for stronger taste

  • Add a pinch of Tealicious Ginger Powder for aftertaste.​​
